What is ultrasonic cleaning?
It's a process that uses ultrasonic waves in a liquid to create tiny imploding bubbles (cavitation) that lift dirt from every surface and crevice — without abrasion or harsh scrubbing.
How does the mail-in service work?
You request a quote, pack your items carefully, send them to our workshop, and we return them cleaned, tested and protected with tracked delivery. We cover all of Spain.
Where can I drop off in person?
At our workshop in Pilar de Horadada (Alicante) and, by local collection, across the Costa Blanca South, the Mar Menor and the Region of Murcia.
Do you flow-test common-rail diesel injectors?
No. Our bench tests petrol and motorcycle injectors. Diesel injectors are offered as ultrasonic cleaning only, without common-rail flow testing. We're upfront about this.
Are injector seals & o-rings included?
The petrol injector service includes new filter baskets, pintle caps, seals and o-rings. For other services it's stated on each service page.
How long does it take?
Most jobs are 2–4 working days from receipt. In-person drop-off is usually faster — often same or next day.
Is it safe for jewellery and delicate items?
We assess each piece. Some gems (emeralds, opals, pearls) and certain finishes shouldn't be cleaned ultrasonically; in those cases we clean by hand or advise against it.
How do I pay, and is VAT included?
We confirm the price before starting. Displayed prices are indicative and include IVA where shown; for businesses we issue a proper invoice.
