Old fuel turns to varnish and gum that blocks the tiny jets and passages inside a carburettor — the number-one cause of poor running, flooding and won't-starts after storage. Carb cleaner sprays can't reach these hidden galleries. Ultrasonic cleaning does, clearing every drilling and emulsion tube without abrasives or wire.

Our process
Strip & document
The carb is fully disassembled and photographed so it goes back exactly as it should.
Ultrasonic clean
Body, float bowl, jets and needles are cleaned in a heated ultrasonic bath to dissolve varnish and gum.
Clear & inspect
Every passage is verified clear and worn parts (needle valves, gaskets) are flagged for replacement.
Reassemble & set
The carb is rebuilt with your kit if supplied and floats/mixture are bench-set to spec.
