Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

At Ultrasónica we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone and town.
  • Booking and service details: items, quantities, method (drop-off or mail-in), shipping/collection address and order notes.
  • The content of your messages and any photos you attach to an enquiry.
  • Basic technical browsing data (see our Cookie policy).

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To manage and deliver the cleaning service: bookings, order tracking and returning your items.
  • To keep you informed about your order and communicate with you about the service.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you send us a contact form.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, when you make a booking or order a service.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing and accounting).
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and provide the service, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example tax and commercial obligations). When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it where essential to provide the service — for example with couriers to return your items — or where the law requires it. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, preferably within the European Economic Area.

International transfers

We do not transfer data outside the EEA. Should this become necessary in future, we would apply the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] with the subject "Data protection". If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
