Multi-carb motorcycles are notorious for blocked pilot jets after winter storage — the passages are microscopic and gum up completely. Ultrasonic cleaning is the only reliable way to clear a full bank without splitting it destructively or resorting to wire.
We handle inline fours, twins, V-twins and sixes: fully stripped, cleaned, rebuilt with your kit and bench-set ready to refit.

Our process
Split & strip
The bank is separated and each carb fully disassembled and labelled.
Ultrasonic clean
Bodies, jets, needles and float bowls are ultrasonically cleaned until every passage is clear.
Rebuild
Carbs are rebuilt with new seals/o-rings from your kit and reassembled into the bank.
Set & check
Float heights are set and the bank checked ready for you to refit and balance on the bike.

Should I send the whole bank assembled?
Yes, send the complete bank — it helps us keep everything matched. Remove it from the bike first.
Do you carb-balance too?
Final vacuum balancing is done on the running bike, but we bench-set floats so it's close. We can advise.
