We provide petrol injector cleaning & flow testing in Málaga through our convenient mail-in service. Pack it up, send it to our Costa Blanca workshop, and we'll return it cleaned, tested and protected with tracked delivery to Andalucía / Costa del Sol.
Clogged petrol injectors cause rough idling, misfires, poor MPG and failed emissions. Chemical fuel additives barely touch baked-on lacquer and carbon. Our ultrasonic process strips deposits from inside the injector body and pintle, and every injector is flow-, leak- and spray-tested before and after so you get measured, documented results — not guesswork.
We clean and test port (multi-point) petrol injectors and motorcycle injectors for engines up to ~4,000cc, up to six at a time. Every service includes new seals and o-rings as standard.

Our process
Inspection & baseline test
Each injector is bench-mounted, pulsed and its initial flow, leak and spray pattern recorded so we can prove the improvement.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Injectors are cleaned in a heated ultrasonic bath with the coils pulsed, driving cavitation through every internal passage to lift lacquer and carbon.
Back-flush & re-seal
Compatible injectors are reverse-flushed, then fitted with new filter baskets, pintle caps, seals and o-rings.
Final test & report
A full flow, leak, balance and spray-pattern test is repeated and the before/after figures are documented with your return.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to remove the injectors myself?
Yes — for mail-in and most drop-offs we clean and test the injectors only (removal/refit is a workshop job). We can recommend a local garage if needed.
Can you test GDI / direct-injection injectors?
We can ultrasonically clean them, but high-pressure GDI injectors cannot be flow-tested on our rig — we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't verify.
What if an injector is beyond saving?
The flow test reveals dead or badly leaking injectors. We report it — you only pay for cleaning attempted, and we never charge for a part we can't improve.
