Diesel Injector Ultrasonic Cleaning in Palma de Mallorca
Deep ultrasonic decarbonising of diesel injector bodies and nozzles.
We provide diesel injector ultrasonic cleaning in Palma de Mallorca through our convenient mail-in service. Pack it up, send it to our Costa Blanca workshop, and we'll return it cleaned, tested and protected with tracked delivery to Islas Baleares.
Diesel injectors accumulate hard carbon and varnish that restricts flow and ruins atomisation. Our ultrasonic process removes external and accessible internal carbon far more thoroughly than soaking or brushing.
Important and honest: we offer ultrasonic *cleaning only* for diesel injectors. Modern common-rail diesel injectors operate at 1,000–2,500 bar and can only be flow-tested and calibrated on a dedicated high-pressure diesel bench, which we do not have. If you need certified common-rail bench testing we'll point you to a diesel specialist. For carbon removal, decoking and pre-refurb cleaning, ultrasonics are ideal.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fix my common-rail diesel misfire?
Cleaning removes carbon, but it cannot correct worn internals or calibration — those need a high-pressure diesel bench. We're upfront so you don't waste money.
Do you flow-test diesel injectors?
No. Our rig is petrol-only for testing. Diesel is a clean-only service.
