Our process
Assess
Each piece is checked for loose stones and for soft/treated gems that shouldn't be cleaned ultrasonically.
Ultrasonic clean
Suitable pieces are cleaned in a gentle heated bath that lifts grime from every crevice.
Rinse, dry & check
Pieces are rinsed, dried, polished and claws re-checked before hand-back.

Frequently asked questions
Which stones can't you clean?
Emeralds, opals, pearls, turquoise and some treated stones can be damaged by ultrasonics — we'll clean those by hand or advise against it.
Can you re-check my claws?
Yes, we always check for loose stones during cleaning and flag anything that needs a jeweller.
